Questions to Colleague AI
Our project “Questions to Colleague AI” will foster the debate on Artificial Intelligence. A specially established citizens council, a public debate series and a transdisciplinary teaching project will encourage citizens to articulate their views and questions on Artificial intelligence in the working world. On the other hand it will allow experts to respond to and learn of citizens’ views and questions. Some of the discussions will be moderated by an artificial intelligence called “Sophie”. Civil society initiatives from Baden-Württemberg will be consulted and will engage in this process as well. In this way, the dialogue between citizens and AI experts is meant to contribute to the public debate of our society on consequences, challenges and potentials of AI. Thereby it ought to provide new sources of inspiration for the future course of science, AI technology and communication.
The project “Questions to Colleague AI” will be opened on 1 February, 7.30 pm at the Stuttgart City Library.
